Mrs. Amanda Parsons

I am Amanda Parsons! This is my 10th year teaching and my 2nd year at Midway. I completed my B.A. in Education at Wake Forest University in 2006. I completed my M.A. in Human Services: Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University in 2013 and my Masters of School Administration at Appalachian State University in 2016. I love learning and hope to instill this in my students!

I worked in Forsyth County for 8 years. I taught 3rd and 4th grades and worked as a Primary Reading Teacher (Reading Specialist) for 3rd-5th grades. Kindergarten was a new adventure and I have enjoyed and am continuing to love every minute!
